Damage Deposit
We require a $250 damage deposit, which will be refunded to you as soon as our housekeeping
staff reports the cottage to be in good condition.**
Check Out
Check out time is 11:00am. Please vacate the cottage by 11am so that our housekeepers have time to clean and
prepare the cottage for the next guest. Guests who do not leave the cottage by 11:30am will be charged a $50 fee. Guests departing
after 12:00pm will be charged for an extra nights stay.
Extra
Guests
Four guests are included in the nightly rate
for the cottage. Each additional guest is $10/night. Please register your guests at the time you make your reservation. Any
guests not pre-registered will be billed at a rate of $40/night.
Cancellations
15 days notice is required for a refund
All cancellations will be charged a $20 processing fee.
Rescheduling/Changing
dates will be considered a cancellation if the dates do not rerent inside the cancellation policy.
We will make every effort to rerent the cottage and refund your money.
A reservation of four nights or more is a 30 day cancellation.
All cancellations must me confirmed with a cancellation number.
Sorry, no refunds for early departures or power failures (our discretion).
Both cottages have hot water and heat during power outages.
Summer and
Holiday Rates apply from Memorial Day - Labor Day Weekend, as well as Thanksgiving weekend, & December 18 -
January 1st.
All Cottages require a minimum 2 night stay on weekends.*
Rates are subject to change and lodging tax.
Release From Liability
Registered guests, and
all persons accompanying registered guests, hereby accept responsibility for their personal property and safety and irrevocably
release and hold harmless The Cottages, and their owners from any liability whatsoever arising from loss, damage, or personal
injury of any severity due to theft or accident while on the premises or in the vicinity of rented lodging.

We will never sell or trade any personal information of any customer.
